This is what you need:
1 block of Cream Cheese
1 tbsp Olive Oil
12 oz of Salsa Verde (any kind you like)
4 oz can of Fire Roasted Chilies
1 cup Shredded Cheese
Green Onion for garnish

In a small saucepan, heat the olive oil, cream cheese, salsa and chilies until smooth and the cream cheese is melted. Add the shredded cheese and stir until melted through. Pour into a bowl, top with the green onions and serve!

Cook Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 6-8 for an appetizer
First thing to do is a grab a small sauce pan and add the olive oil and drop the block of cream cheese, salsa and chilies in. Heat over a medium-low heat until smooth. Stir every minute or so.
After about 10 minutes, add the cup of shredded cheese and stir until melted.
So thick, so cheesy and so amazing.
Pour into a serving bowl and garnish with the green onions. Get the chips, bread or veggies and prepare to spend some serious time eating this.
